Place online order

All products are stated in Ringgit Malaysia “RM”. Once you have landed on website, review and purchase the available products are on your finger tip. When you have decided to purchase your wish item, click on “Add To Bag” and select the quantity you wish to purchase. You will be asked to login to continue the complete purchase.

For first time users, please register and fill in needed information to make online purchase. You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping address and a valid payment method. For regular shoppers, please log into your account and collect e-points for every dollar spend online. RM1 = RM 1 point.

Using E Gift Card to place online order

You can key in the given gift card number during check out stage. The total amount of order will be deducted automatically from the gift card amount. You can check your balance amount (paste link) here. Purchase using E Gift Card is valid to collect e-points and counted as RM 1 = RM 1 point

The order will be processed to related team immediately once you have completed the purchase. Once your payment details are verified, logistic team will pack your order and deliver it to you according to our shipping. The transaction will appear on bank statement as a payment to Nabeauco Malaysia.

Order will be processed from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders made after 1pm each day would be considered as next day purchase for courier purposes. Orders made on Friday after 1pm and on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

You will receive an order confirmation email after payment is verified with our acceptance. The email contains your order details including products name, product description, invoice and delivery address. If you do not receive the order confirmation email within 3 working days, business days, please check your order history in “My Account “or email junk box. Alternatively, you can contact customer service at enquiry@drforhair.com.my or call 03-56110714 (Monday to Friday: 9am – 12pm and 2pm – 5pm, excluding Public Holidays) for assistance.

Dr.FORHAIR Malaysia accepts the following credit cards as valid payment method:

Online purchase is set up to take immediate orders using credit card (MasterCard™, Visa™) and Financial Process Xchange (FPX) at the moment. This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Nabeauco Malaysia.

Financial Process Xchange (FPX) supports Internet Explorer Version 7 and above as well as latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari

Please note that we require 1-3 working days for West Malaysia, 3-7 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore with exceptions of additional 3 working days during Public Holidays. Thanks for your patience.

Standard delivery charge

  • Courier charge of RM7 will be applied to West Malaysia (WM).
  • Courier charge of RM14 will be applied to East Malaysia (EM).
  • Courier charge of RM30 will be applied to Singapore(SG).
  • Enjoy free shipping with purchase of RM200 and above within Malaysia.
  • Enjoy free shipping with purchase of RM400 and above within Singapore.

Return policy for online purchase

  • Products sold are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable
  • If products experienced damage or defect item. We allow exchange of product with another product of same value or greater value, with proof of purchase receipt shown
  • For defect item, Dr.FORHAIR Malaysia will bear the shipping fees and replace a brand new item to your doorstep
  • Please allow 1 – 3 working days from the day you have requested exchange defect item.  You will be contacted by customer service team in soonest time
  • Shopper has to bear the remainder if proceed to replace with a greater value item with valid payment method
